Hello out there Moin friends.  A few pieces of information about Moin to share today.  First up is a post by Moin devloper KingCaper on bitcointalk reminding the community that the swap is winding down and that on March 7th 10% of the swap fund will be burned and the swap rate will be reduced to 1:9. Moin was added to Coingecko this week and so now you can get market information about moin at https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/moin .  One cool thing about their site is they provide a widget for the coins listed there so now we can have that here in the footer.  Bam! Kicked up a notch.

I went ahead and created a twitter account for Moin Movement!  That way I can post about this blog post on there and post about the tweets I do here in the blog.  I think if everything is timed correctly space time might fold in on itself and we will be left with one very delicious treat.  In case that doesn't happen though the twitter page will still be a good place to get Moin information.  You can find it @ www.twitter.com/moinmovement

Since the last superblock has passed the MOIN developer has posted on the bitcointalk thread to engage the community in a discussion about the best way to conclude the swap phase.  You can see that post @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1237881.msg13930915#msg13930915 .  An idea for ending the swap that was not originally in the running is described @ ​https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1237881.msg13933572#msg13933572 .  Essentially it ends the swap over X period of time and reduces the swap rate proportionally until the swap value = 0 and the swap is over.  After a bit more discussion it has been suggested that the plan is to allow 10 more weeks for swapping with the rate of MOINV1 to MOIN being reduced until it is zero.  The next step is to set firm dates for these swap rate reductions and ultimately the end of the swap.  Feel free to join in the discussion @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1237881 or stop in at the #moin-crypto chatroom.
